Application
Cut Vetoflex PBR according to the required length and lay it along the joints accordingly. Gently push the cord against the joint with extra caution not to damage the
skin of the material. Make sure that the diameter of Vetoflex PBR is approximately 20% to 25% (required depth to width ratio) greater than the width of the joint in order to ensure that the cord is tightly held in position. This procedure enhances further the aesthetic effect of the material when done on a firm base. The joint should then be sealed with a suitable sealant from Saveto’s product range.
All surfaces where the backing rod is to be inserted must be dry, smooth, clean, free from dust, laitence or loose materials. When otherwise necessary, it is highly recommended to use compressed air or a wire brush in order to remove further dirt’s, oil stains and other inconsistencies.
Vetoflex PBR is not classified hazardous.
Vetoflex PBR is a combustible product. Avoid any exposure to all sources of ignition or flame.
